Sometimes things change and so entities need to be renamed for whatever reason.
When the entity is renamed, Home Assistant should scan its automations and scripts for a matching OLD name and ask the user if they want to update this entries with the NEW name.
This will save the user from having to potentially go into multiple places to make entity name changes and cut down on the number of errors when entity names are changed.
