@vloris, that would work ok for the washer, standard outlet plug, cycles are time-constant.
However, I particularly want to monitor my dryer… it has a 40A plug, so smart-plug is out, and it also adjusts the time remaining based on dampness of the clothing.
@Yuran, I want to be able to monitor both the washer and the dryer… I have an idea, why don’t you buy me a new smart washer and smart dryer that works with HA… It can be your christmas present to me.
