As title says there should be a service to update the location and sensors of the android companion app used as a device tracker without the need of third party apps (send intent via tasker for example)

This is already possible for the location see here,however it’s not recommended as it drains batter life quickly if used too frequently.

A lot of the sensors also update immediately upon a state change, check the docs to see which ones will do that.

That can be useful
