Restart of HA causes Denon AVR to turn on

Hi,

I got this weird problem when restarting my HA. At first, upon restart, my Samsung TV would turn itself on, and I turned off the network functions on the TV, that fixed the TV turn on issue. But now I have an issue with the Denon AVR being turned on. The Denon AVR issue did not exist while the TV was being turned on.

I know I can create an automation to turn off the AVR after a restart but would really rather get to the root of the problem if at all possible.

Found the solution to this issue. Turning off the HDMI CEC with Apple TV solved the problem as noted by this post
