Restart Switches by Home Assistant

Hi,

After a couple of weeks my Switches (Gosound, Blitzwolf, Sonoff - all flashed with tasmota) are not available in HA any more. After restarting them they are reachable again. Is it possible to restart them weekly at a defined time via HA automation?

With tasmota you are able to restart the device with a MQTT command:

arendst/Tasmota

Restart 1 = restart device

Could can publish the MQTT command using an automation.
