@Thomas_Gregg … thx, got it working. The 2nd entity in the list was disabled. neither of them had IDs _live_view or _last_recording. I’ve seen this same behavior on 4 doorbells now (2K battery, 2K wired, and two 4K wired) all are brand new in box doorbells and fresh install in HA.
a while back I made the below combo using Advanced Camera Card. The idea is that in the card itself, without needing a popover or digging into menus, I could do any regular function from the main card. Would be cool to have something like this UI built-into your card integration
