Hello. Im trying to figure out if the light part of the Ring Flood light cameras can be controlled in Home assistant as its own entity? Only thing I could find on this was from 2019, so Im not sure if things are different 3 years later.

Yes, I have ring flood light cam and get the lights, sirens, everything as entities - but not with the core integration. The core Ring integration has loads of issues in my experience and no one answers git issues for 1+ years. Never understood why they don’t just dump it if they won’t manage it. Pretty weird.
Do yourself a favour, scrap that awful unsupported integration and use this, its excellent and do so much more.
