I want to know how to can receive information and send from raspberry pi to arduino, in both directions like I have just said.

Have you seen the arduino component? It has switches and sensors.

Yes, but with that component you only receive, I think, can not send things to arduino.
I just want something like this:

But with Home assistant, receive and send serial data like that.
