Service to get outsite luxs?

Any service, as Dark Sky, but I could get the outside luxs?

I need turn on lights when outside is dark, not only when it is night. For example, in the evening of cloudy day.

I doubt that such a service exists that would be suitable for this scenario, predicting the individual brightness at your home. I would propose two options: Install brightness sensors to measure your individual levels, or use a combination of sun (below horizon or just between sunset and sunrise) and cloudiness from Dark Sky.

I used an algorithm to estimate outside brightness from weather conditions & time for years before getting a light sensor. I actually started using something someone else developed while using SmartThings and then converted it to a custom component I used in HA for quite a while. Of course it’s not perfect or as good as having a light sensor, but it worked well enough for my needs for a long time. You can find it here:
