Simple App to Trigger HA RPC requests

Hi all!
So im pretty deep into HA now, but im trying to come up with a way to make it easier for the rest of the family / household.

What im looking for is in “easy” way to allow people to control certain things, in HA.
For example, i want them to be able to trigger the switch the opens the garage roller door, just by an easy click. I started going down the blynk route, but i dont think thats the right way to go.

It doesnt have to be a HA native thing, just an app that runs on ios / android, which can trigger a HTTP request on button press. Simple right? :slight_smile:

OK that does pretty much exactly what I want it to do.
Is there an iOS equivalent ? HTTP Shortcuts doesnt seem to exist.

I use IFTTT Button Widgets which trigger a webhook/HTTP Post on my iPhone to control lights and stuff. Only caveat is there is a 2-3 second delay via IFTTT.

I also use http shortcut on my android, but rest of the family uses iPhone.

Now I use, for iPhone, a hadashboard Web page, but a simple button on home page would be better.

Does the iOS app for HASS have widget?
