SIMPLEconnect ceiling fans with Ayla Network IoT backend

I was able to connect my fan for about 15 min and now it says its unavailable. Any tricks on keeping it available? I really don’t want to have to set it up again. I initially set the fan up with the terrible app and then synced it with homekit controller.

Mine become unavailable sometimes, too. But I think it is a fan issue, not an HA issue. I usually flip the breaker for a minute and then turn it back on. That seems to reset the fan, and all is right in the world again.

Did you ever figure this out? I’m having the same issue where my fan is available for about 15 minutes and then becomes unavailable until I power cycle it.

I don’t remember exactly what I did. Maybe connected to the app and there was a firmware update? Its been fine since I flipped the breaker on April 11th. We’ll see how long it lasts.
