A cheap option on black friday for the WeeKettle has bought me here, if you add it into Tuya integration can it still be used with Alexa without natively, I dont have Nabu Casa at the moment so wont be able to make it avaliable from HA
not sure if its true , but the weekettle app and API got closed down so I remember reading
Looks like they use the Smart Life app by default now according to Amazon, I believe this is tuya so so hopefully it will work still. Its not coming for a month but i have a month to return if not so will give it a shot.
My WeeKett has disappeared from the Tuya app (and obviously HA too), I’ve tried to re-pair it to no avail. Worrying.
Edit: Never mind, I had to turn off the 5GHz radio on my wifi and it then re-paired. No idea why it disappeared in the first place though.
