I did updates last night and this morning was presented with a spike. So no not solved 
However the additional sensor I’ve setup excludes them so all good.
I do think the update solved the problem. Next graphs show the registration before and after the update. It is clear that after the update HA registers nothing instead of zero’s. With this it logs statistics correct.

HA has now a build in editor for incorrect data in your long term statistics!

I have had this problem the last 2 months with my Fronius solar setup. I used the link above and edited the values which fixed the graphs.
