In order for Home Assistant to be able to communicate with Zigbee end devices like your button you need:

1. A Zigbee coordinator device like SkyConnect, Sonoff Dongle-E,
2. An integration installed in Home Assistant. The two most used are ZHA and ZigbeeToMQTT

Do you have both of those requirements covered? Which coordinator and integration are you using?

@6971 Which Zigbee gateway implementation are you using? ZHA integration or Zigbee2MQTT?

Also note there are two different variants of Sonoff Zigbee Dongle; “ZBDongle-E” and “ZBDongle-P”

1. Are you using “ZBDongle-E” or “ZBDongle-P” as your Zigbee Coordinator adapter?
2. Are you using ZHA integration or Zigbee2MQTT as your Zigbee gateway integration?
