SONOFF SNZB-02D not properly working

Hi all!
I´m completely new to using ZigBee and received today the SONOFF ZigBee dongle together with some gadgets to play with. Amongst these were a pair of two SONOFF climatic sensors. Everything worked out fine with one exception:
One of my two SONOFF climatic sensors is always shown with a static temperature and humidity in the dashboard and it is not the same the device is dispayling on it´s LCD. The other device is working as expected and I am wondering what´s wrong with the odd one…
No idea how to troubleshoot.
