The only difference I can see is the capitalisation of Office, which might make a difference.
You have a capital on the HA code, but small in the sonoff setup, might be worth changing that to see.
I presume you have other things working on your MQTT server ?
I do. I also can control the relay on the TH Via HasIO, but not getting the Readings to show. Ill check the caps to see if that would cause anything

Cee Thank you for all the support and help provided. I was actually my be blind. I added the TH sensor topics to the Sensor.yaml but never did the include in my confi…yaml.
It working great now.
