Steamed audio played locally

I’m struggling to search for this because there are so many similar terms. I’d like my dashboard to play audio. Not trigger the playing of audio, but actually play it on the device you can see the dashboard. E.g. if I’m looking at it in my pc browser it will play through the pc speakers. On a tablet it will play on that tablet etc etc. I don’t think browser mod is quite right but I may not fully understand it.

Thanks. I’m particularly interested in tablet/browser output so it works when being used as a display in kitchen (can play radio whilst showing dashboard for example)

In particular I want to show the dashboard on the Google nest and still play audio (similarly on pixel tablet)
