Support for Tapo wifi cameras PTZ and other features

Hi,
I have recently purchased tapo wifi cameras

• C100 (https://www.amazon.in/dp/B083V41T6M/)
• C200 (https://www.amazon.in/dp/B07XLML2YS/)

Currently it can only be configured using tapo mobile app(https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.tplink.iot&hl=en_IN) to have a local RTSP stream but there are more feature like PTZ , view recording, talk back which I want to integrate into home assistant.
