Support timers in Google Assistant

Have tried to restate this here:

Expose native HA timers to Google Assistant

Please add support for: “OK Google, how long left on <<timer that HA created + runs independently of Google>>” That is - expose native HA timers, to Google; just as we expose many other device classes.
