I know there is a way to integrate those streams, but I haven’t figured out how. Could you please help me out?

Will my raspberry performance suffer after integration or will there be no impact due to the fact that the cams are running on my NAS?

I think it will as soon as you have the cameras’ pictures/feed displayed as Lovelace cards.
