Can I also state “not to” and “not from”? I want to make sure that I do not get repeat messages. So if a state goes from “cleaning” to “cleaning” again, I do not want a message (my robot seems to update the status every 30 sec, and I do not need an update until the state actually changes).

Is the same use case. So I want to prevent getting a message whenever the new state is the same as the previous one.
But I managed to get this working
