Just to end with a great news, after collaborating with Z2M devs, they implemented a workaround on receiving a “Data is from unknown device with address” which asks for an updated network address using standard zigbee ZDO requests, then updates the internal database automatically with the new address.
This is included in zigbee-herdsman 2.0.0 (used in current dev branch of zigbee2mqtt)
