Temperature sensor 433MHz (RF) without RFLINK

Hello. Is there some RF based termo sensor (battery operated) to control room temperature which doesn´t need RFlink and is possible to read its codes only by common RF read from GPIO (RF receiver) on Raspberry?
Thanks

Hello,

See maybe the compatibility list of pilight library

Will do thankU mate…

you can look at Shelly H&T

Sorry too expensive and not 433MHz

Hello,

For information this cheap temperature and humidity sensor (DIGOO DG-R8S) is compatible with Pilight:

does is work with a Sonoff RF Bridge? can you share your config.

It will not work with sonoff rf bridge unless you shortcut the RF controller.

here is the config, instead of uncommenting ZgatewayRF in user_config.h uncomment ZgatewayPilight

Hi 1technophile,
I know it’s been a while ago,
but I have accidentally obtained this sensor and I already have Sonoff RF bridge, so wanted to know what do you mean by “shortcut the RF controller”?
can I shortcut it in the config, or on the circuit board?
thanks!

You can pick up a DTV dongle for a tenner and use that to read 433Mhz signals:

Hi,

You need to bypass the uC dedicated to decoding on an hardware manner :
https://docs.openmqttgateway.com/setitup/rf.html#sonoff-rf-bridge-hardware-setup

i am using this DG-R8S with a cheap dtv dongle and a forked version of rtl4332mqtt addon, i am not a good coder but my add on also support mqtt discovery without the need to restart hassio every time you change battery and device id changes
