I called Eaton technical support and they said that this model EATON Z-SCH230/25-40 248847 will be appropriate for heater - not DIL series (strange this is 1/2 price of DIL conductor)

The OP is going to use an electrician, so you can stop stressing out. At the end of the day the responsibility is on the electrician to ensure that the installation meets regulations and is safe. There will be no problems with insurance. Please stop fear mongering.
The electrician done the installation. So far works OK. Thanks for help
