Transmit Audio to Doorbird

Hi,

I’m wondering if anyone has been able to transmit audio to a Doorbird device or set it up as a media player, particularly for TTS. This certainly seems possible from the below example:

"http://192.168.1.187/bha-api/audio-receive.cgi?http-user=XXXXXX0001&http-password=XXXXXXXXXX"

I’m just not sure how to integrate this with HA.

sorry to bring up the old thread - but really looking for something similar - has anybody had success in transmitting tts or a .wav file to the doorbird and trigger this via a script / automation?

I was looking for this exact same functionality. Although I appreciate the effort from @coobnoob I do not use AppDaemon (yet). Therefor I’d like to see this integrated in the default DoorBird integration and have created a feature request for this.

If you stumble upon this topic and are looking for the same functionality integrated in the DoorBird integration, please vote for that feature request.
