Is it still the case that a template trigger is the only option for a time-based input trigger with an offset?
It’s not the only choice, but it’s the most sensible of the available choices.
FWIW, it’s usually better to use <= or >= instead of == when doing this type of time comparison.

Yes, there are a couple related FR’s…
The feature actual did exist in the 2021.11 beta, but it had functionality issues and questions and it never got rolled out fully.
