Trouble installing HA. LAN only flashes green - stuck starting eudev-3.2.7

Hello,
I’m trying to do a fresh install of HA. I have a RP 3+ with newly flashed HA 32-bit. I’m hardwired and can confirm I can get internet access on other machines with the cable.

Upon power on, I get stuck on “starting eudev-3.2.7” after hours there is still no progress and the LAN light only flashes green.

Am I missing something here?

I’ve tried reflashing and wireless as well.

Nevermind, I found a thread with similar issues and solutions.

Ok after a number of hours of further mucking around… I’ve got it to start up successfuly. Here are the steps I took: Rebooted router (DHCP Server) Change to a different ethernet port on the router, and changed patch cable. I’ve reflashed SD Card again with the 32bit image. Did not use any custom network settings. Just using ethernet + DHCP (default mode).
