I have a blueprint I found that reminds me to take my meds at 9pm. It is an actionable notification, so I can verify I did take the med, remind me, or ignore. there is a 4th state that is ‘no answer time out’
It is that one that if it gets logged, I would want to fire off an automation from because it would mean I wasnt around my phone and I could then run an automation x minutes later to have my amazon echo’s remind me to do it.
I have looked but didnt find anything that was of much use for a newb. Any help in doing this would be great because I HAVE to take this one med or I dont sleep for that night (restless leg syndrome) and for whatever reason, i always forget unless i am reminded. Insane, yes I know. lol
