Is the TVs HDMI CEC enabled?
Some manufacturers call it differently
Well the streamers (android tv), that are connected to the different TVs can control the streamer but also the TV which let’s me believe CEC is activated.
Just to make sure the stuff I bought, is the same as yours

I went through it multiple times but maybe you can show in your environment to make sure.
So I got my samsung tv to work. The 2 LGs, you can power on but not power off with CEC. And finally, my TCL - CEC doesn’t work at all.
I think you could raise an issue on the github for this
Do you get any logs at all when using the remote? Is it an old tv model
Well for LG, see following libCEC Vendor Compatibility - Pulse-Eight - Ultra HD Distribution and Control Products it looks like it has to do with CEC on LG itself. As I assume that the project uses libcec, nothing can be done. Any other ideas.
The TCL is mostly a very basic TV with very limited functionalities. I can’t even find out what is the model…
