Two Android phones near by

I need an automation, which recognizes two Android phones are close to each other. But, they can be close at any place, not necessarily a zone. Like in car, in bus, wherever. Once they are close, the other actions will take place, but first I need to recognize they are “together”. Is that possible? Maybe with a little help of Tasker that would be possible? (BTLE?)
