Unable to make Hassio work after repeated fresh installs

Ok, I am officially perturbed. I have now made 4 fresh isntalls, I install hass.io from the latest disc image on my Rassbery pie 3. I install ssh, duckdns and mttq so far so good all works. as soon as I add a device tracker (owntracks) the hassio ha restart command hangs and I loose the gui.

even if I remove the device tracker the gui will not come back all I have in the logs is:

and no matter what I do I cannot acces the GUI, SSH works fine. I am at a loss

Thank you for the reply, I actually did figure it out eventually although I am not a sure I am a a fan of the new owntracks implementation
