These warnings were mentioned (admittedly in passing) in the 0.40 release notes, and there have been various threads about the warnings (such as this one). They’re just telling you that that certain components are slow to start up, as part of helping the devs track down problems.

That’s because they’re new warnings. If you search the forum (always worth doing when you’ve got a problem) you’ll see various threads on them, including the one I linked to.
