Ended up going with binary float sensors inside a PVC pipe. Put 3 of them: full, low and empty. Here are the sensors for my filter tank/pump:

Went a tad overboard with sensors. Added an air quality sensor along with water temperature on top of the Bluetooth sensors. Esp32 is great to work with!

no its still on the to do list , waiting on a good ph solution directly checking into ESP EASY v2 it might be helpful for connecting ph and TDS sensors

It looks like people are recommending interfacing with an Atlas Scientific board. This does add more cost than the actuals sensors. Checkout the Raspipool project!
