Webos/mediaplayer paused state?

Hi i am wondering if there’s anyway to receive the pause state (if media netflix/plex is paused).

My use case is to turn off the tv if it’s been paused for more than 20 minutes.

It seems that only the off/on state is provided and not the media player play/paused state.
