Whixh is the channel currently in use?

Hello,
Raspberry / HA 2022.12.8 / Sonoff Zigbee USB
In order to optimize my Zigbee coverage, I try to identify which is the channel in use by my Zigbee controller. As suggested by some here, I looked in the full log of Homeassistant : nothing related to Zigbee channel was mentioned.
Anyone with step-by-step process to reach this info ?

If you haven’t changed it, the default is 15.

Channel 15 for Zigbee while WiFi is on channel 11.
Can I conclude that this doesn’t lead to interferes between the 2 ?

Any hint on how to see this Zigbee log confirming the “15” ?

Do not confuse Zigbee channel numbering with Wi-Fi channel numbering.
