Why does Home Assistant drain batteries of z-wave devices?

Go into settings / integrations / zwave / devices / your device

just another thing to look at:
In UI you can see the network layout and push button ‘live’.

Then you can see all routing change. If that happens a lot, batteries are drained too and would not necessary have message traffic going on.
