I had one but it got broken - but as far as I recall it is in reality just a standard USB camera chipset. It was recognised like any USB webcam on my linux laptop. So I guess get it to regularly save an image and use the local file camera component? https://home-assistant.io/components/camera.local_file/
EDIT Sorry I just looked t your first post again - the one you point to is wifi, but perhaps it just works as an IP Camera?
