Did you flash it with a zigbee2mqtt firmware ? If not, you will never find the right ttyUSB*, because with default firmware it does not expose a serial port.

You either need a TI CC Debugger :
or an Rbpi3, Arduino or ESP8266

I tried to get one of the supported sticks but is impossible in austria (for a normal price)
