[WTH] Add Adaptive Lighting as HA integration without HACS needed

I’m using Bas Nijholt’s adaptive lightning a lot. Can this be added as a HA integration? As far as I known they tried it in the past.

BTW, Bas Nijholt did a wonderfull job, he needs all the credits!
