WTH can we not label input_boolean toggle helpers

Or indeed adjust labelling of binary sensors as well: simply having some settings for
“On label:” <defaults to “On”>
“Off label:” <defaults to “Off”>
Being able to pick separate icons would also be nice.

Because we normally define a device class for binary sensors to automatically have proper state labels and icons, I thought this part of the request is loosely related to this one:

WTH is there no binary sensor custom Device Class?
