WTH can't I restrict access to users (i.e. not give logbook, access map, history etc.)

I’m looking to create a user that should only have access to one Dashboard - to switch on and off the house alarm.

I’ve created a user and already that account is able to access map, logbook, history and zigbee map with notifications about the rest of the system. The user is not an admin.

The system should adhere to principles of least privilege
