WTH can't we display the navigation bar / app header at the bottom of the dashbords, at small screen sizes, out of the box?

Sorry, I must have overlooked. It’s obsolete because:

WTH is it not possible to move the Navigation bar to the bottom

It should be possible to move the Navigation bar to the bottom, as phones are large and its hard to reach the top bar with a thumb
