WTH do I need a utility meter for today's solar production

The data is on the energy dashboard, but cannot be used on other dashboards afaik.
I added an extra utility meter for today and month.

WTH can't we access all data from solar forecast as in energy dashboard

I would like to be able to use the forecast for the whole day hour per hour from Forecast.Solar in automation and in custom graphs. The data is shown in Energy dashboard as a dotted line and the data is stored in HA (component), but only accessible through web socket calls (ws). It would be great if that dictionary for example could be a attribute of one of the sensors, or if there is a better way of make it accessible for the users.
