WTH don't ask the community about default wakewords

Maybe somebody has a super brilliant wake world to share and we can add it to defaults ones in microWakeWord. My two cents here:

  • Cassandra / Casandra

It has “Casa” on It, like Nabu Casa. Three silabs and only problematic on homes where people have continuous discussions about Greek mythology, or Apache data stores.

Wait… are there homes where they don’t have continuous discussions about Greek mythology, or Apache data stores?!

Very similar to this WTH: WTH not make default wake-word on official Home Assistant branded voice hardware something other than ”Okay Nabu”?

Or family members whose name is Cassandra.

I don’t think anyone will believe that.

As a Star Trek fan “Computer” seems like the most appropriate wake word.
But as a Star Trek fan it can also be a bit inconvenient.

Sure, but statistics say that not too much. However, Cassandra’s family can always select Ok Nabu as default wake word…

Why not just “Computer”

Well, “computer” is not pronounced the same across languages, and it’s also a very common word.

However, this WTH is to open the decision and allow to input much more possibilities, so we can find the best one.

Right now, you can train your own wake word and share it with the community, but this is not possible with microWakeWord, because it’s much more complex and requires a lot of expertise. microWakeWord is the key of local voice assistant without require heavy hardware. And it’s what Home Assistant hardware (Voice PE) is using.

For me, just “Alexa” would be fine, and microWakeWord already has this model, but I understand that there should be some legal impediment to use it, so it’s not published as an option.

But we are such a big community, I’m sure we can find a bunch of really good possibilities to add them as pre-trained default models.
