WTH I can't drag and drop while editing dashboard

It makes very difficult to arrange dashboards without drag and drop. It would be great to be able to:

  1. reorder items of dashboard using drag and drop
  2. put items inside stacks, grids and other containers using drag and drop

currently the only sensible way of reordering is just editing the dashboard yaml. it is also the only possibility to move items between containers. it is also very inconvenient and easy to make an error
