WTH can't we Drag&Drop in the Dashboard

I believe this one was here 2 years ago as well. Zack did a great job on his github project, but still really want this feature to be the main way to arrange our dashboards. It looked so promising to just drag/drop our dashboards together. Let’s hope we get some spotlight on this one again!
