WTH?! Why are Helpers in Devices & Services instead of Automations & Scenes?

I get from a usage point of view putting them in with devices is logical; they function like they are devices. But when you are creating an automation and need to create one, you can’t just leave your in progress automation, you have to go back to the main settings page and then go to Devices & Scenes. Then once you created or modified your helper(s), you have to go back to the main Settings page and back to Automations & Scenes then start editing your automation.

I feel like what you really want is this

But fwiw you can navigate to helpers much faster by just typing ‘c’ (to open the command pallette) and then ‘helpers’ and select it in the drop-down. No reason to navigate back and forth.

That would be even better!

I’ve heard on the command palette mentioned on the podcast, but I have never tried it before. Thanks! Until they get moved or can be created on the fly, it will be much easier to get there and back!
