Yet Another SH3D Floor Plan Plugin

Works great.
Just rename the base files and put everything in the same folder.
Like base1, basez etc
Would it be possible to make the render just a bit higher?
So everything is a bit more sharper

Thx for this great pugin.

SH3D only has two rendering levels, low and high, which you can also select in this plugin. Anything else will need to be added to SH3D first.

How do i change the brightness of the lights?
Changed it to 25% but in the render its the same.
The intensity is the same in the final render.
Tried every render method

Does this also happen when rendering via SH3D or only when using the plugin? If it’s the former then there’s not much I can do about it since the plugin just sets up the scene (lighting and all) and uses SH3D’s renderer. If it’s the latter, please open an issue on GitHub and I’ll take a look at it.

Generally speaking, the plugin only changes the light power to zero when it needs to render the image with that light off and then restores whatever the original power value was.

Hey, nice project you got going here. Really loving it. But maybe a noob question, Where and how is the .yaml file made? I can’t find it anywhere.

Thnx in advance

Hey, thanks for the kind words. The YAML file (floorplan.yaml) is saved after all of the images were rendered to the output directory selected in the plugin’s window. That’s the same directory that includes the floorplan directory with the images

Thanks a lot for your wonderful work, shmuelzon!

I have set my walls to be 60% transparent, which the renderer does not take into account.

Is there something I can do about this behavior?

Thx, G

I’m assuming that the regular “3D view” → “Create photo…” render of SH3D also doesn’t take wall transparency into account? If it doesn’t, there isn’t much I can do as the plugin simply runs the existing SH3D renderer. You can try to open a bug with SH3D themselves to see if it’s something they might be able to fix.

Thx for the answer. Your assumption is correct. I’ll post a question in the SH3D forum.

Great and awesome work!!! Thank you so much. Saved me a lot of time.
