Hi all,
Since some time (I don’t know how long actually, but it seems since the 2021.10 update) I have the problem that, with the UI, I can’t seem to set an action for Z-Wave devices in automations. For all my devices, when selected in Actions, The action field is greyed out, and only says “Unknown Action”. Anyone else has this, and has a solution? Of course I could edit the YAML, but editing through the UI would be nice. See my attached screenshot.
Just noticed I have the same problem. Did you ever resolve it?
I happen to have the same problem.
But not all of my z-wave devices are affected. Currently I have 28 devices and as far as i can see, only one is affected.

Answering my own question to maybe help someone else …
After successfull z-wave exclusion, followed by successfull inclusion of the device in question everything worked as expected.
A bit strange, since this device was included quite some time ago.
Hopefully, this is not a bug and happens to other devices as well.
For anyone who finds this thread, see here for an easier fix:
I had to exclude and reinclude it onto the z-wave network. Haven’t had a problem with it since.
