That is ("_TZE200_b6wax7g0", “TS0601”) “Moes TRV BRT-100” Thermostat. It is not compatible with the Tuya !!!

Is this now working with HA? Do I need to delete it from my configuration and then re-pair it?

I see in your links it works with MQTT, but in my setup I add my devices via the ZibBee hub, so use the Zigbee Home Automation integration, not MQTT. Will it work with Zigbee Home Automation integration?
